It's MARCH!
So, we are going into month three. How was your weigh in today? Regardless of what the scale said today, you still have time to catch up! Plus this month we have two competitions coming up-one for healthiest breakfast dish and the other for healthiest lunch dish. It gives us a two days to hang-out and eat healthy with one another! Rules to come during meeting on Friday. So, again, how'd ya do?

Weigh-In Tomorrow: Are You Ready?
Okay, tomorrow is the first weigh-in after your commitment to be fit. How do you think you will do? Me personally, not so well. I may be forking out some money. Chris and I are living out of boxes now, all are dishes are packed, and so it's been fast food every night since Friday. I can feel the fat oozing around my thighs and stomach. This week will be a better week. I'll go and stock up on low-cal TV dinners to get us through this move. How about you?

What's Your Weekend Plans?
Okay, the weekend is the hardest time for me as I am always going to some function, eating out somewhere with Chris or family, or just crashing in front of the TV and eating junk food. Hopefully, I'll be busy packing so it will take my mind off the cheesecake that is in my fridge right now. It's turtle cheesecake by the way. How do you handle the weekend munchies?

Day Three
Everyone seems to be pretty upbeat and off to a great start. I figured out how to deal with Nic and Terry. I'll just make sure to drop a couple of pounds of boudin off at Terry's desk each week and keep Nic stocked up on Julia's gift cards and several six-packs a week. Donna makes me a little nervous as she's beat us before, but to be honest, Tina's got me a little worried. She's really competitive and doesn't like to lose as much as I don't like to. Haven't heard too much from the others yet. Hmmm. I'm might have to have a stronger game plan. . . . I ate well today and put in 30 minutes on the Wii Fit. That stupid computer laughed at me today when I weighed in. Dumb thing. I should drop it in a tub of water and then see how much it can laugh then. Arg. . . Losing my mind. It must be the hunger. . . . Thoughts anyone? Possible motivations for the others?

Day Two
Wow. As of this date 15 are participating. Yesterday I ate well and exercised. Nic inspired me. He had a small bag of tuna for lunch. If a big guy like him can make it on tuna, then I can fit in some exercise. I ran for 30 minutes. Doesn't sound like a whole lot, but when a large lady runs, it can be dangerous. Trust me. Okay, need to put together a healthy lunch. . . By the way, how'd your day go yesterday?

Day One
Okay, I woke up this morning and tried on several pairs of black slacks (yes, black as I have hundreds of slacks in that color as black is suppose to be more slimming). All of my pants are fitting too tight these days. I'm going to get this weight off. Sherry is going to flip out when she witnesses how much I weight during the weigh-in today. Kristen, Noelle, anyone? I need motivation. Yikes!
