It was a long weekend. . .
Are you ready for the weigh-in tomorrow. Sherry, Kristen, Nic, and Mable are ahead. Will they keep their lead? How'd your weekend go? How is the "commit to be fit" for life going? Anything on your mind?
I'm not sure what's going on with me. Yes, I have not been eating all that healthy as we've had to eat a lot of fast food due to the move. However, I've made relatively good food choices considering the fast food fare out there. Also, I have lifted, pulled, lugged, and pushed hundreds of boxes for HOURS at a time. My body is so sore that I had to roll out of bed this morning and can barely walk. I still have days of moving left! Crazy thing is, I've gained a pound. What's up with that?
Ughhh... I'm going to miss the weigh in tomorrow As I am sitting on the couch at my mothers In indiana. It's so hard to eat healthy When traveling. I brought my own special K! I have to do double good next Tuesday... And I miss my walking partner! Heather, you must Be adding muscle with all that heavy weight Lifting. I'll be checking on everyone's Progress this week.
