Day Two
Wow. As of this date 15 are participating. Yesterday I ate well and exercised. Nic inspired me. He had a small bag of tuna for lunch. If a big guy like him can make it on tuna, then I can fit in some exercise. I ran for 30 minutes. Doesn't sound like a whole lot, but when a large lady runs, it can be dangerous. Trust me. Okay, need to put together a healthy lunch. . . By the way, how'd your day go yesterday?

Well I had a salad for lunch--but I blew it on dinner. I had a BLT--I haven't purchased the right food to eat at home yet. No exercise yet. I can't figure out how to coax my body into that huge shock just yet. Does it count that I watched "The Biggest Loser" on TV last night? Brand new season--man those people make me feel so skinny!!
I also watched Biggest Loser and it was inspiring. I hit the treadmill this morning.
