So, how is the commit to a healthier lifestyle going? What have you been eating? How have you been exercising? What are your successes? What areas should you be working on?

I'm going to get back on track today!!! No fast food every night. I'm going to start cooking dinner every night (or every other night). I've been exercising, but now my back is "out" so I'll have to wait until it gets better to continue. Alright, I'm back in the game and in it to win it!
